Currently exporting to more than 25 countries and 7 continents around the world, this facility draws attention with its environmentally friendly energy production system. Sleep & Bed facilities, which produce their own energy with solar energy panels system, use completely environmentally friendly and renewable energy sources.
Founded in 1976, Mitsan Makina İnşaat Ticaret Sanayi ve Anonim Şirketi continues its commercial activities, which started with import and export, actively as of today. Thanks to its additional investments and quality-oriented production over the years, it has proven itself in the national and international market and has become the most preferred brand. In addition, it continued its growth by establishing Felteks Felt production facility in 2007.

Sleep & Bed aims to combine its expertise in the field of sleep with other sleep products by increasing its bed production capacity.

In 2011, it established its mattress production factory with the Vizion brand. With the quality, capacity and reliable service understanding that the Vizion brand has achieved, it has exported products to Europe, Central Asian countries and America. The Sleep & Bed brand, which has been realized with all the accumulation and quality integrity it has achieved over the years, is sailing to brand new seas in 2022.
